Add a second application of Mousse Volumizing Foam if needed. Remove 50% of moisture with blow dryer. Smooth the top of hair and pin a wave by the eye for appeal. Coil 1-2 inch sections into curls at the base of the neck and clip into place. Dry completely with slow dryer or naturally. Remove clips and brush out.
