One of my best clients has very curly hair and lives in humid South Texas. I’ve tried all kinds of products and can’t find anything that works.  What do you recommend?

Seal and rebalance the hairs need for moisture and protein with a salon intensive treatment of Saturate for 5 mins with low heat followed by C9 Treatment fro 5 mins with heat...Follow this with a small amount of Pep Scrub Tonic Cloud 9 mousse and a small amount of Holdon.  Let me know what oyu think – Sam Brocato
