Your Guest Expectations
When a guest is in our chair, they have a number of expectations. They expect first of all to get a great hair cut and style. They expect to have a relaxing and comfortable experience and they expect to look great for the next four to six weeks. Here's what we can do to be sure all their expectations are not always met, but exceeded!
1. Attend Brocato Creative Design cutting events to be sure you are knowledgeable about current trends.
2. Look at your salon as your guest would see it. Could your salon use a fresh coat of paint? Is it clear of clutter? Discuss with your staff the fact that the guest is your most valuable asset and every effort should be made for their comfort.
3. Teach your guest how to do their hair when they are not in your chair! Recent studies have shown it can cost up to $1,000 to advertise to attract just one new guest! Our best advertising is our guest's personal recommendation. We get that recommendation when our guest uses professional Brocato products to style their hair. Teach your guest which Brocato products to use to achieve the latest look. She will become more loyal to you and recommend your talents to her friends.
