In the salon I manage, I am bringing in clients through education! I teach 2 to 4 classes every month to make sure my staff has all the knowledge in every aspect in hairdressing, and retail. I find that clients will put so much trust in to you when they know that you have a vast knowledge. I not only want my staff and I to know why a product works the way it does, but what all the individual ingredients do. We take risks on each other with all new haircuts, colors and styles. My philosophy is that you can never know enough, and all the clients seem to sure agree with it!!!
